These cookies have a very palatable smooth soft texture and sweet flavour, and are especially popular with children. They can also be used in baking; laid as a base for gluten-free cheese cake, and when crumbled they make an excellent crust.

Ingredients: White rice flour, cold pressed safflower oil, whole eggs, sugar (organic evaporated cane juice), brown sugar, potato starch, raising agent (calcium carbonate), stabiliser (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), flavouring (vanilla bean extract, corn sugar), salt.
