Ingredients: Filtered water, white rice flour, raisins (14.7%), invert sugar, cold pressed safflower oil, tofu, yeast, whole eggs, stabiliser (xanthan gum), pear juice, humectant (calcium phosphate), raising agent (glucono-delta lactone*) salt, thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin, iron and folic acid. *Lactose-free
