Ener-G Egg Replacer Meringue Topping

Free From: gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast, egg
- 6 tsp of Ener-G Egg Replacer
- 4 tbsp of Water
- 2 tbsp of Sugar
- 1 tsp of Gelatin
- 1 tsp of Vanilla
Mix Ener-G Egg Replacer and water together. Stir in sugar, gelatin and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form. Keep refrigerated and use within a few hours.
Used with Ener-G Egg Replacer Lemon Meringue Pie recipe or Ener-G Egg Recipe Ice Cream recipe.
