Ener-G Small Shells Pasta Salad

Free From: gluten, wheat, casein, dairy, yeast, egg
- 40g of Sun Dried Tomatoes (sliced and chopped into small pieces)
- 150g of Gluten Free Salami (sliced and cut into pieces)
- 350g Jar Artichoke Hearts (seperated)
- 1 can/jar of Black Olives (cut in half)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (cut in small pieces)
- 2 Spring Onions (chopped)
- 1 Celery Stalk (cut in small pieces)
- 960ml of Hot Water
- 1 Cucumber (peeled and cut in chunks)
- 60ml of GLuten Free Italian Salad Dressing (or more to your liking)
- 450g of Ener-G Foods Small Shell Pasta (cooked )
Cook Pasta according to Cooking Directions.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Serve and enjoy!
